''Arogya Darpan'' was started in 2008 and ''S Y Reiki Gurukul and Research Center'' was established in 2012 with the intention of spreading the ancient knowledge of Reiki worldwide. We are creating awareness of Reiki by conducting workshops, Attunement and Training.The ultimate aim is to increase the sensitivity and awareness about one's health and Happiness. At present, along with Ayurvedic practices e do Panchakarma, Avagaha Sweda for Kidney failure, BP, Diabetes, Cancer, Dexification Swarna Bindu Prashana, Reiki Healing/Training sessions. Dr. Kavita has devoted her time in spreading the wisdom of Ayurveda and Rei. We are also engaged in social service activities. We also provide healthy products & herbal medicines prepared traditionally.
